Blues Saraceno Full Tank Tab



Buongiorno all ... as usual I took the holiday weekend and I left in the mountains! Friday to look for mushrooms, and I promise as soon as a recipe for whole mushrooms, and yesterday at the Monte Crocione in the province of Como with my love Benny and his big dog!
Since I made the run even in the kitchen today, I leave you the recipe for peaches in syrup (very good) of my mother ...



Ingredients: 20
peaches
1kg sugar 1 liter of water


6 jars half kg of Borgnoli

Preparation:
Prepare a syrup by making melt sugar water, will be ready after having been boiled for 20 minutes. When you're ready let the syrup cool. Peel peaches and cut in half. For this preparation should not be ripe peaches, firm but still nice, but otherwise is pap! Spread peaches in jars and pour the cold syrup, do not fill the jars to the brim, leave 3 cm empty! So close and sterilize the jars by boiling for 15 minutes wrapped in a towel.
