beautiful walk in front of Sass of Ortiga ... the Pale di San Martino.
The day was beautiful and mild climate, but not enough to give up the snow and give a nice and easy descent.

I, Daniel, Macs and Antonello Infitar we went along the trail until you reach the slopes dovrebbero portarci alla meta e che subito constatiamo duri come il marmo e, a scanso d'equivoci, mettiamo i rampanti.

Il resto della salita è tutta in equilibrio sulle lamine dove dobbiamo scongiurare ogni errore, perchè una caduta su quella lastra vetrata sarebbe stata inarrestabile (come testimoniano un caschetto ripescato 200mt più a valle e un thermos... più trovato)
La neve non accenna a 'mollare' e arrivati ad un centinaio di metri dalla forcella decidiamo di interrompere la salita.
