Parleremo della sentenza di appello del processo per l'irruzione della polizia
nella scuola Diaz, sentenza che ha messo nero su bianco l'ovvio: l'operazione
e' stata un assurdo massacro e che a posteriori si e' tentato di salvare
l'immagine della polizia giustificando l'ingiustificabile producendo false
prove e cosi' via. Parleremo anche brevemente di fisica e di LHC.

Canterini Vincent for the crime of forgery in continuation with the serious injury of Chapter H), the extent of five years' imprisonment;

BASILI Fabrizio , TUCCI Cyrus Lucaroni Carlo, Emiliano Zaccaria, Angelo BRIEF, LEDOTI Fabrizio, FOREIGN Peter Vincent COMPAGNONI , for crimes of a serious injury under Chapter H) to the extent of four years in prison each;

TROIANI Peter for crimes of forgery and those of Chapter P) united by the bond of the continuation in years three and nine months in prison ;

HEREBY

GRATTERI Francis and John LUPER guilty of the crime being prosecuted in Chapter A), and each sentenced to four years penalty of imprisonment;

HEREBY

Caldarozzi Gilberto, MORTOLA Spartacus, DOMAIN Nando, Filippo IRONS, Ciccimarra Fabio Di Sarro Carlo, Massimo Mazzoni, Davide OF NOVI, RIMS Renzo guilty of the crime being prosecuted in Subpart C), and Massimiliano Di Bernardini guilty of the offense charged to the Head 1), and each sentenced to three years worth and eight months in jail;

NUCERA Massimo colpevole del reato ascrittogli al capo I), e PANZIERI Maurizio colpevole del reato ascrittogli al capo M), e condanna ciascuno alla pena di anni tre e mesi otto di reclusione;

DICHIARA

GAVA Salvatore colpevole del reato di falso contestatogli, e lo condanna alla pena di anni tre e mesi otto di reclusione.

condemns all these defendants to pay the costs of these proceedings, and GRATTERI Francis LUPER John Caldarozzi Gilberto, MORTOLA Spartacus, DOMAIN Nando, Filippo IRONS, Ciccimarra Fabio, Carlo Di Sarro, MAZZONI Massimo, DI NOVI Davide, CERCHI Renzo, DI BERNARDINI Massimiliano, NUCERA Massimo, PANZIERI Maurizio, GAVA Salvatore al pagamento anche delle spese di giudizio di primo grado.

Vista la legge 241/2006 dichiara condonate nella misura di anni 3 di reclusione le pene inflitte.

GRATTERI Francesco, LUPERI Giovanni CALDAROZZI Gilberto, MORTOLA Spartaco, DOMINICI Nando, FERRI Filippo, CICCIMARRA Fabio, DI SARRO Carlo, MAZZONI Massimo, DI NOVI Davide, CERCHI Renzo, DI BERNARDINI Massimiliano, NUCERA Massimo, PANZIERI Maurizio, GAVA Salvatore, CANTERINI Vincent and Peter TROIANI jointly with the Ministry of Interior responsible for civil, to pay damages resulting from the offenses of forgery, libel, illegal arrest, and even Salvatore GAVA for offenses under Chapter S), T) and U) in favor of civil parties that have formed in relation to the above charges, with the provisional determined by the first judge in charge of all these supportive.

also condemns GAVA Salvatore jointly with the Interior Ministry responsible for civil damages to compensate ASSOCIATION OF DEMOCRATIC LAWYERS of Genoa, to be settled in separate proceedings;

confirms the civilian heads of the contested decision relative ai capi H) e Z1.
