Questa sera verdurine passate al burro con prosciutto crudo... purtroppo non ho tempo per fare piatti elaborati, così mi affido a piatti semplici, ma gustosi... quella di oggi è una ricettina di mio papà! Spero tanto di trovare un pò di tempo per fare qualche bella torta... mi manca il calduccio del forno! Anche perchè qua fa un freddo della miseria, e in casa è peggio che fuori!!! Certo che i colori autunnali sono meravigliosi e il frescolino si dimentica guardandosi attorno!!



Ingredienti:
500gr. patate
350gr. carote
1 peperone
100gr. prosciutto crudo
burro
sale
pepe

Preparazione:

Come ho detto ieri nel mio terreno si coltiva anche il mais per la polenta... oggi causa mia deformazione professionale volevo raccontarvi brevemente che tipo di pianta è il mais... le info le ho prese da wikipedia:

Oggi vi propongo una ricetta molto raffinata, di facile preparazione... un pò meno facile è il reperimento della materia prima...il filetto di cervo!! Però nei negozi che vendono prodotti per ristoranti si trova ed è una carne molto buona, morbida e prelibata!!



Ingredienti per il filetto (per 2 persone):
1 filetto intero di cervo
una noce di burro
vino bianco
5 bacche di ginepro
sale

Ingredienti per il cavolfiore:
1 cavolfiore

Preparazione filetto:
