So for five years I got up at 5.45 in the morning to catch the bus and go to Varese De Filippi ... the hotel school closest to my house! In those 5 years I have learned a lot, both in and out of school mainly because I immediately started the first year to work in the bakery ... I wanted to learn, was my only goal. My greatest satisfaction has been working in the Dolomites where he is because I have appreciated more, both for me and for my sweet enough. I never regret having made the hotel school, even if I chose to continue studying at university, but I assure you that my passion for the sweet is never gone. The last memory is of the victory cake with a pastry competition in 2006.
