Today nothing ... just the recipes' image of a sweet memory! I remember dates back 4 years ago when the pastry was my job ...
When I was 14 I decided to make a hotel school, against the advice of all my family and teachers of middle ... said I was wasted in such a school and that I should make the high school that suited me more ... but I did not give heed to anyone but my passion. So for five years I got up at 5.45 in the morning to catch the bus and go to Varese De Filippi ... the hotel school closest to my house! In those 5 years I have learned a lot, both in and out of school mainly because I immediately started the first year to work in the bakery ... I wanted to learn, was my only goal. My greatest satisfaction has been working in the Dolomites where he is because I have appreciated more, both for me and for my sweet enough. I never regret having made the hotel school, even if I chose to continue studying at university, but I assure you that my passion for the sweet is never gone. The last memory is of the victory cake with a pastry competition in 2006. People whispered that I had bought the cake because "He can not have done it that little girl" ... so then who did the catering school can no longer participate in that contest ... But I assure you that the cake I made with my hands so hard and ... and then it was not even God knows what:
sponge cake filled with whipped cream and blueberries, served with whipped cream, berries and organic roses. Well
satisfaction that it was still a victory, despite some cretica. Since then, my cakes are only for people I care ... to hell with the contest ... although I admit that I would not mind back to my old job full of flour and the scent of chocolate ...
