How Do You Use A Rollerball? Perfume



One of my greatest fortune is to have a lot of land to cultivate ... and two retired parents who work it! DE = one of the best ideas of my dad has been to plant the corn to make flour for polenta! This is the third year that we grow corn ... and so far the result was very successful! The first year we produced only 12kg polenta is a test ... it was pretty ... but last year we made 50 kg! And this year will be so many. Our polenta is full, because we like pretty consistent and has a pleasant taste, that makes me want to eat it with nothing! Since we are just lovers of polenta, when ready, do a little amount of advances so abundant for the next day and we are happy to gobble heated!
today I propose a way to enjoy the warm polenta ... nn say that it is more than just made good .. But even so I love it!



Ingredients for 4 people: 400gr
. sausage, not spicy
2 onions

sage to taste a glass of white wine

250ml tomato puree 1 / 2 liter of broth
salt pepper


polenta avanzata

Preparazione:
Affettare le cipolle a julienne e tritare la salvia, tagliare a pezzatti la salsiccia e far soffriggere i tre ingredienti (non ho aggiunto condimenti perchè la salsiccia è già abbastanza grassa). Quindi aggiungere il vino bianco e far evaporare. Aggiungere la passata e a poco a poco il brodo. Lasciar cuocere a fuoco basso per un'oretta. A fine cottura aggiungere poco sale e pepe. Mettere in forno la polenta tagliata a liste grossolane. Servire la polenta ben calda cosparsa con il sugo della salsiccia...una delizia!!
